Safe Gas Installation Guide

If your boiler is over 10 years old it could be costing you quite allot of money to keep it running as older boilers tend to waste a lot on energy and can be harmful to the environment. Research shows that older boilers convert as little as 60% of fuel that they use, making for a very inefficient way to heat a home and produce hot water. We install Worcester Bosch Group, condensing boilers and other boilers that have proven to improve efficiency by 90% which in turn means you could be saving 30% on your heating bills. If you think your boiler is unpredictable; if you find that you have hot water in the header tank or it is suddenly very loud, it may not mean you need a new boiler, but it is something that an engineer should take a look at. We can then advise on the best procedure for you.Our aim is to ensure all our customers have the most cost efficient boilers and that their home’s heating & hot water system is functionally sound.


Step 1

Call our office on 02890343665 and choose a time and date that suits you, we also attend evenings to accommodate for people working during the day. Once your appointment is arranged you will receive a notification of the time and date agreed.

Step 2

Paul will attend on the agreed time and date, he will survey your property and give you advise on what system and boiler that would be best recommended for your property. And he can answer any questions that you may have. Paul will send your quote within 5 minutes of leaving your property with all of the specification agreed. Your free survey quotation can take up 60 minutes.

Step 3

If you decide to accept our quotation we can arrange a booking date for you. But there is a few things we need to know before we can arrange a date.
• What is your gas meter date?
• Have you applied for a boiler replacement grant?
• Have you applied for the affordable warmth grant?
• Are you applying for 0% Finance?

If you have a meter date we will schedule your installation for 7 days after the meter date. We will be in your property for 2 full days to allow the work be completed at a quality level.

If you have been accepted for a boiler replacement grant, we would need a copy of the approval pack, so that we can claim the amount awarded back for you, this will save you having to pay us the money for the amount awarded. If you have been accepted for the affordable warmth grant, we can claim back the entire amount awarded, which means you would not have to pay a penny and we can completed the building for you too, click here for further information.

If you are interested in the 0% Finance we can complete a credit check for you within 5 minutes and you will get an answer straight away.. The 0% finance is only available for oil to gas conversions. Step 4

Once we have all the information needed we arrange a booking date for you. Our team of engineers will arrive at 8.30 the first morning the work is scheduled to begin. Our team leader will have a job sheet with the specification of work agreed, he will talk though this with you, so that you are reminded of the work being carried out.

Step 5

The team will arrive at 8.30 and set up on arrival by laying down there dust sheets and covering all areas possible, walking through the again to ensure you are happy with the work scheduled to be carried out.

Step 6

On completion of the job, we like you to be in the property so that the engineer can walk you through the work completed and check that you are happy with the work carried out. Once you are happy with the work we will issue you all the relevant paper work and complete your warranty, which take the stress of you having to complete. We are an accredited installer for all the boilers that we fit, therefore we can arrange any warranty calls if needed, which save you spending time on the phone trying to arrange and also takes the stress of you.
If you have been accepted for any Grants or applied for Finance we will arrange for the following.

Survey engineer can attend your property again for you to complete the satisfactory forms or you can come to our office and complete.

We then arrange for the Building Control survey engineer to attend your property to complete their checks.

Building control will issue the certificate, once we receive this we can submit the approval pack and claim back the awarded amount for you. We will look after everything, saving you time and keeping it as stress free as possible.
