Following our call yesterday I just wanted to put down in writing how pleased my mother and I are with the works undertaken by the SafeGas team. From start to finish the team arrived exactly when they said they would. They were professional, tidy and very mannerly. I would have no hesitation in recommending SafeGas to friends and family. We had a boiler replacement recently and the service was fantastic, the boys were great clean and quick, after the work was completed we had a small leak from an old shower( nothing to do safegas) we rang Safegas and they sent boys out straight away who sorted the problem out free of charge and in minutes. A few days later we had them install a shower and new gas hob and again the workmanship was top class clean and tidy. Safegas NI are a great company and we are delighted we used them as they did come highly recommended and will always be are go to company in the future. Fantastic job, I wish I had of upgraded sooner to this combi heating system. I found a massive difference in my power shower and instant water with portable digital controller. The guys were terrific, clean and tidy and exceptionally professional. Such a brilliant job carried out with precision and perfection. Quote the same day with options and installation a week later. Powerful job and I highly recommend this company.

HAPPY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
We looked at number of options when our old boiler failed. After talking to several independent plumbers I was advised to talk to Safe Gas. Paul the owner, came out that day and walked through the options of what would work best for our needs. He answered all my questions , left me a brochure to consider his recommendations and promised a quote the next day. The quote arrived by email as promised, and provided a breakdown of the core costs and options that we might want to consider. After doing some research I agreed with options offered and placed an order. The boiler needed to be ordered which I understood and arrived in time for the agreed installation slot. The Installation team were all professional, knew what they were doing and carried out the two day installation . As expected there were a couple of snags which the guys sorted out quickly and with no hassle. This company has invested in CRM systems which help them deliver great service and all their people did a great job.

We contacted SafeGas to enquire about a service on our gas boiler. The professional approach and information given during the initial call
meant we went ahead and booked SafeGas. We did not have to wait long for an appointment and the engineer who came to our home was friendly, professional and tidy. Overall a very positive and pleasant experience.

FANTASTIC WORK
Had SafeGasNI out to carry out a power flush on our malfunctioning heating system. Andrew was efficient, polite and took time to clean after his work. He quickly found the problems which have been blighting our heating system and hope to have him back with us soon to replace valves which are causing the system to fail. Would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and SafeGas NI to deal with all aspects of your heating system.

Safegas replaced my gas boiler
Alex & James (I hope I got the names right) arrived on time and talked me through what they would be doing and how long it would take.they were polite and friendly and after covering everything that could get dirty got stuck in. I left them to it and they phoned me when they were nearly finished. I arrived to find them cleaning and hovering everywhere.they then talked me through everything they did & they were real happy with there work and how well it went , there was no complaints about how hard it was which was refreshing ,to be honest most tradesmen do nothing but complain, these two were a joy to have around.. Paul then arrived to inspect the work and show me how to work everything, he installed a wireless hub so I can turn the heating on from my phone ( genius) the politeness of all 3 of them was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble and every job big or small was important to them again so refreshing. From the first phone call to the girls in the office to the end of the job was fantastic customer service. Safegas would be very proud of themselves.

We found our experience with Safe Gas NI to be excellent. From the speedy response of the home visit and quote to the installation of our new gas home heating, it was excellent. On the day the lads arrived promptly and completed the works. Very professionally and friendly. On completion of the works they took the time to explain the heating system to me. I would recommend Safe Gas Ni to anyone based on our overall very positive experience.
